3 Block Sessions (24 total weeks) Each block consist of 8 week trainings preparing you for 10k or half marathon. $150.00 per Block or $350 for all Three
$100.00 for registered Boot Campers
Two Levels: First Timer and intermediate
Defined: First Timer is able to run a 5k at comfortable pace.
Intermediatee is able to run 10k and wanting to improve on time and efficiency.
Each athlete will be provided a workout log book and weekly workout routines.

Monday:5:30am Crossfitting Class Town Lake or St. Stephens
Tuesday: 5:45 - 6:30am St.Stephens High School
Saturday: 7:00am Town Lake
Toughest Race in Texas 10k October 28th (6 weeks) 5k or 10K
Motive Bison Half Marathon November 11th (8 Weeks) Must be able to run 10k comfortable
3M Half Marathon Sunday Januray 28th 2007 (18 Weeks)
AT&T Half Marathon and Marathon Sunday February 18th, 2007 ( 21 Weeks)
